Not to make this post about me but…I cannot believe I am old enough to have a first grader!

Wyatt started school this week. Although summer has come to an end, a trendy Spiderman lunchbox and backpack help to ease the transition.

As we did last year, we all walked with him to the school. I believe I like the tradition for us all.

The first two days saw him arrive with casted arm. This caused much concern and garnered great interest from his classmates.

So we are off and flying for another school year. Next up, we will have TWO in school…am I ready for my baby girl to be a student?!? I will choose to block out that particular thought until next year.

I will have the 6-string in tow to participate on the worship team this Sunday, August 6th at the 9 am and 11 am services.

Also, we have an extended time of worship on Sunday night at 6pm for our mothly Seeking Him service. I’ll be strumming for this service as well.
